Eligibility Criteria for Dalian University of Technology (CSC) Scholarships in China 2023:
- Candidate must be non-Chinese international students.
- Candidates should be healthy and fit.
- Students must meet the admission criteria for the desired course and program.
- Applicant must have a brilliant academic record.
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and must be under 35 years when he/she apply for a Master’s Degree program.
- Candidates for Doctoral Degree programs must have a Master’s degree and the age of candidate must under 40 years.
- Students must have obtained a degree from a foreign university.
- If Candidates have previously studied in China, Applicants must have completed their previous degree program at least 1-year ago.

- A copy of candidate’s valid passport (more than 6-months old).
- 6 photographs of applicants (3 cm x 4 cm).
- Transcripts in languages other than English or Chinese language must be submitted with a manifest translation.
- Candidate should be submit research or study plan in Chinese or English (not less than 8-Hundred words).
- Candidate should be submit Acceptance letter from supervisor.
- 2 letters of recommendation in English language or Chinese language from professors or associate professors at the candidate’s previous university.
- Foreign physical examination form of applicant’s and copy of blood test report of applicant’s must be original and written in the language of English.
- Applicants should submit Certificate of No Criminal Record.
- English language proficiency Test of candidates (IELTS: 5.5 and with a minimum TOEFL score: 80).
- Candidates who have used the English language as medium of instruction in their previous University must submit an English Proficiency Certificate issued by their previous University.
- Candidates who’s are from that countries where English is the primary language are not required to take an English language test.
